Decide your entity. Form a Wyoming or Delaware LLC if you're operating online and want privacy/protection. File articles online (Wyoming SOS = $25 fee, instant). Apply for EIN at IRS.gov (free, 10 minutes). You walk into Week 5 with an actual legal entity.
