Set up a free email list (Buttondown, Resend, or Substack). Import contacts from your phone, gmail, instagram followers list. Write and send your FIRST email — single sentence: 'I'm joining Culture Silicon Cohort 1. Watching me build live, every week.' That's the whole email.
