Every operator who survives writes down what they will and won't do. Week 11 you write yours. Cohort 1 will witness it.
We borrowed this from the Stage 3 capstone — but you're going to write a v0 in Week 11 so you arrive at Cohort 1 with a draft to refine. Examples: 'I will not sign exclusivity over 3 years.' 'I will not give away masters.' 'I will not work weekends without explicit prior commitment.' Make it concrete. Sign and date it.
Write your personal Bill of Rights — between 7 and 12 numbered items. Each one specific, falsifiable, and signed/dated by you. Print it. Pin it where you'll see it daily.
Format: Signed PDF or photo of physical document
Once Cohort 1 starts, your member dashboard accepts file uploads against this artifact slot. Until then, save the file locally and email it to cohort@culturesilicon.com with subject line Pre-Cohort W11 · Bill of Rights v0.
“Which line on this list, if you'd had it five years ago, would have prevented your worst deal?”
Bring your answer to Cohort 1, Day 1. We open with everyone's 12 prompts.
The doctrinal spine. The choice between renting your hours and selling rights to your mind.
When you walk into a room, you're either signing a W-9 or licensing your thoughts. We teach you to do the second.
