1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Culture Silicon ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Culture Silicon is operated by Culture Silicon LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

2. The Culture Silicon Promise

We believe in fair exchange, not extraction. Our terms reflect that philosophy:

• You own everything you create on our platform
• We will never sell your personal data
• We will never lock you into terms you do not understand
• We will always be transparent about how we operate

3. Your Content & IP

Any code, projects, content, or intellectual property you create using Culture Silicon tools belongs to YOU. We do not claim ownership of your work. Period. We may feature your projects (with your permission) on our Builders Board or marketing materials, with full credit to you.

4. Red Flag Scanner Privacy

The Red Flag Scanner processes all documents entirely on your device. Your contracts and legal documents are NEVER sent to our servers, NEVER stored, and NEVER shared. The scanning is 100% client-side.

5. Community Standards

Culture Silicon is built on mutual respect. We expect all members to:

• Treat fellow builders with respect
• Share knowledge generously
• Give credit where credit is due
• Build, do not tear down

Culture Silicon provides educational content and tools. The Red Flag Scanner is an educational tool — it is NOT legal advice. Always consult a qualified attorney before signing any contract. Our curriculum and financial content is educational and does not constitute financial advice.
