30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Culture Silicon LLC offers a full, unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all curriculum purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email refund@culturesilicon.com with your order confirmation number and the email address used for purchase. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount

All refunds are issued in full for the amount paid. We do not issue partial refunds. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Eligibility

• Refund must be requested within 30 calendar days of purchase
• One refund per customer per tier
• Refunds are available for all pricing tiers (Foundation, Builder, Sovereign)
• Upgraded purchases follow the same 30-day window from the upgrade date

After Refund

Upon refund, access to the purchased curriculum tier will be revoked. Any downloaded materials should be deleted. Your account will remain active but will revert to unpurchased status.

Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same tier).
