The Codex teaches the law as it exists. We do not teach you to argue with it.
The American legal and financial systems contain real, useful doctrines that almost no one is taught in school. We teach those. We also do not teach a parallel set of theories that have circulated for decades in self-help seminars, on social media, and in late-night videos. Those theories sound technical. They are not. Following them has cost members of our community money, time, and in some cases their freedom.
We name them here so you do not waste a year of your life on them.
The claim that an individual can declare themselves outside the jurisdiction of the United States or any state by filing certain documents, using a particular signature, or invoking common-law courts. Federal and state courts have rejected this position consistently for forty years. The doctrine has produced thousands of frivolous filings and contempt orders. It has never won a case on the merits.
The claim that the government creates a separate legal 'person' at birth, distinct from the living human, which can be redeemed or accessed through UCC filings, accepted-for-value endorsements, or birth-certificate bond claims. There is no such bond. The Treasury has stated this in writing on multiple occasions.
The claim that any debt can be discharged by writing certain words on the bill and returning it. This is forgery and check fraud. Members who have tried it have been prosecuted. The DOJ maintains a public list of convictions.
Redemption theory. House Joint Resolution 192 misreadings. Secret Treasury Direct accounts. Federal Reserve account numbers under your Social Security number. Any product that requires you to file UCC-1 financing statements against yourself. None of this is real. All of it is dangerous.
Cultural Infrastructure means citation-grade. The Codex stakes its reputation on accuracy. If a teacher, course, or platform tells you that you can use a “private trust” to discharge taxes, that the IRS is a private corporation, that capital letters in your name on a court filing have legal significance, or that filing a UCC-1 makes you a secured party against the United States — they are lying or mistaken, and we will not share a stage with them.
The real doctrines that produce the same goals. Asset protection through properly drafted irrevocable trusts. Tax efficiency through entity stacks reviewed by a CPA. Privacy through nominee structures filed with state disclosure rules. Sovereignty through ownership — of your IP, your capital, your time, your decisions.
The system is not the enemy. Ignorance of the system is the enemy. The Codex is the cure.
